Thank you for shopping at MonkshoodLabs. If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

1. Setup Fees

Setup fees are non-refundable. Ideally, the setup fee covers the initial cost of configuring your store landing page, setting up your Google Business Profile, and integrating the necessary tracking and analytics tools. This work is performed upfront and is labor-intensive, ensuring your digital asset is ready for operation.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.

• If you cancel your subscription, your service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
• We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months of service.
• Once the billing cycle ends, your service will be terminated, and you will not be charged again.

3. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a refund within the first 14 days of purchase.

• If you cancel within 14 days, we will refund the full amount of the annual subscription, minus the non-refundable setup fee if applicable.
• After 14 days, your annual subscription is non-refundable, but you may cancel auto-renewal at any time.

4. Service Outcomes

While we strive to deliver the best possible results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as a guaranteed number of reviews, a specific ranking on Google Maps, or a specific increase in sales. Digital marketing outcomes are influenced by market conditions, competition, and customer behavior which are beyond our control. Refunds will not be issued based on performance outcomes.
